We are currently looking for our Executive Secretary Job in Ras Al Khaimah UAE, Full Time Job
Duties and responsibilities :
• To maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs
• Carry out day-to-day secretarial work, including typing, filing, taking meeting minutes, etc.
• To ensure correct distribution of all memos, letters and other information issued by the General Manager
• Arrange internal and external meetings/appointments for the General Manager
• Responsible for the correct storage of all confidential information and important business communication, e.g. licenses, permits, etc.
•Ensuring that an appropriate trace system is in place to remind the responsible departments/associates to renew such licenses/permits/etc.
• Handle general enquiries and to maintain a general filing system
• Prepare files, reports, correspondence and other relevant business documentation
• Assist in clarifying and following up tasks, duties and projects delegated to various departments
• Assist in handling the Executive Office verbal, written and electronic communication .
• Represent the Executive office and the General Manager
Essential criteria:Executive Secretary Job in Ras Al Khaimah UAE
• Minimum of 02 years experience as Executive Secretary or PA to GM
• Consistently well groomed & professional in appearance
• Excellent in administration, computer literacy MS Office
• Excellent communications skill
• Respect confidentiality
